I accept credit and debit card payments only.
I have undergone comprehensive background checks through both Community Action Partnership of Strafford County and New Hampshire Child Protective Services. Every Playtime Adventures team member also passes a background check. Additionally, I'm bonded and insured, providing peace of mind and protection for my clients.
All cancellations after 48 hours are non refundable. However, I provide a credit based policy, so if you cancel within 48 hours the amount charged for the visit will be credited to your account.
If you cancel within 24 hours, Playtime Adventures will retain the payment.
Playtime Adventures provides a policy outlining every detail before services begin. Any questions are valued and encouraged.
I do accept dogs that pull, but safety is my top priority. If the behavior becomes unmanageable despite reinforcement training and the use of alternative tools, we may need to discontinue services.
Yes. Only the founder and owner of Playtime Adventures will provide care to your pet to ensure top notch care that is consistent, intuitive, and trustworthy.
My standard hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The last visit of the day is scheduled at 3:00 PM. Limited availability is offered outside of these hours.

Yes, I do—on a case-by-case basis. If a dog’s reactivity becomes unmanageable or poses a safety concern, I may need to discontinue services. However, we will first explore strategies and provide recommendations to support behavioral improvement before making that decision.
I offer limited availability for visits outside regular hours, including weekends. These bookings are first come, first serve.
I observe the following five holidays and do not offer services on these dates:
I require a two-hour window for all visits to ensure flexibility in my schedule and allow for proper time management across clients.
No. I believe pets are most comfortable in their own home environment, so all services are provided in your home.
If a dog has bitten more than one person, I are unable to accept them. If there has been a single incident and the dog is not found to be aggressive, I may consider services on a case-by-case basis. However, if a dog is accepted and later demonstrates aggressive behavior, I will discontinue services immediately.
Payment is due two days prior to the scheduled service. Your card on file will be charged automatically.
