At Playtime Adventures LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional care for your pets while ensuring clear communication and guidelines for both our clients and team. Please take a moment to review our policies and service guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for both you and your pet.



Referral Program: Give Back to Shelter Pets!

Help us support local rescue animals! For every new client referred, Playtime Adventures will donate $10 to FURR Feline Rescue in Rochester, NH. By referring friends and family, you not only help provide top-quality care for your pets but also support those in need at the same time. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of rescue animals.

While we welcome bookings at any time, please note that 24-hour notice is not required, but availability cannot be guaranteed without proper notice. Book your visit at your convenience, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds: Canceled visits will be credited to your account for future bookings.
  • Recurring Visits: Credits cannot replace pre-scheduled visits. Account credits must be used in addition to future bookings.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: We retain the payment if a cancellation happens after 8am on the same day. No credit is applied.

Aggressive & Reactive Dog Policy

For safety reasons, we do not work with aggressive dogs. However, we are happy to provide services for reactive dogs that are manageable and for owners willing to:

  • Try new training tools and gear
  • Create a structured behavior plan

If a dog’s reactivity becomes unmanageable or presents a safety risk, Playtime Adventures LLC reserves the right to discontinue services at our discretion.


Pulling Policy

Excessive pulling on a leash, especially in winter or when using a retractable leash, can lead to injury. If pulling becomes a consistent issue, it is important that the owner is open to using appropriate gear, such as front-clip harnesses, and to working on a plan to address this behavior. If we are unable to resolve the pulling issue, we may refer you to a professional trainer. Playtime Adventures LLC reserves the right to discontinue services if safety concerns arise.

  • No bungee leashes allowed.

Weather Policy

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, such as extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or heavy rain, we will provide your pet with a potty break and then continue playtime indoors to ensure their safety and comfort.


Scheduling & Visit Requirements

  • Appointments must be booked in 2-hour blocks (minimum).
  • We do not offer set-time appointments; visits will occur within the scheduled block.
  • For puppies or pets with medical needs, please contact us directly to discuss accommodations.

Complimentary Consultation (30 minutes)

Before your first visit, we offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to:

  • Get to know your pet’s personality, routine, and specific needs
  • Review home access procedures
  • Discuss any behavioral or medical concerns to ensure we provide the best care

Puppy Care Vaccination Policy

Puppies under 6 months old are not required to have vaccinations for visits. However, it is always best to discuss any health concerns or special requirements with us beforehand.



Time to Pet App – Your Pet’s Care at Your Fingertips!

We use the Time to Pet app to manage all visits, which allows you to:

  • Receive detailed visit reports, pictures, and videos
  • Track potty breaks, meals, and ensure doors are securely locked
  • Store your pet’s veterinary and emergency contact information
  • Review and e-sign service agreements
  • Make secure payments and receive invoices
