If a dog’s reactivity becomes unmanageable or presents a safety risk, Playtime Adventures LLC reserves the right to discontinue services at our discretion.
Excessive pulling on a leash, especially in winter or when using a retractable leash, can lead to injury. If pulling becomes a consistent issue, it is important that the owner is open to using appropriate gear, such as front-clip harnesses, and to working on a plan to address this behavior. If we are unable to resolve the pulling issue, we may refer you to a professional trainer. Playtime Adventures LLC reserves the right to discontinue services if safety concerns arise.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, such as extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or heavy rain, we will provide your pet with a potty break and then continue playtime indoors to ensure their safety and comfort.
